A healthy diet comes with so many delicious and nutritious food. When we all see that bit of green on our dinner plate, it ends up going into the bin instead of going into you. Have a look for your self http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/. From the day I looked at that website, I had to persuade my mum to make one of the meals for me (the spaghetti bolognese). She found it easier to prepare unlike the usual meals she normally prepares for me to eat. Because it was really delicious, I never stopped going on that website.

Attending a food technology class gives you the experience of tasting and finding out about different ways you can enjoy eating healthy. It also gives teenagers the opportunity of meeting different people and having fun during their free time. When you then learn how to cook a decent meal for your self, you don't have to rely on your mum to cook for you! (it even gives you the chance of showing off your skills to her).
